Sportive and General Fitness Package

£90pm / £225 three months€120/€305

The Sportive and general fitness is perfect for anyone who is taking part in a challenging event or sportive and would like to ensure that they will complete it. It is also suitable for anyone that wishes to improve their general cycling ability and confidence. This package will start 12 weeks before your event and includes :

·         Analysis of current ability,

·         A training plan based on the above,

·         Weekly check on progress adjusting plan as appropriate,

·         Nutrition guide pre/post event

You can also join me on a Sunday ride for additional motivation – subject to availability

Weight Loss Package

£50 / €70

This package is for people that are wishing to drop their weight after an initial consultation with me.

I am fully versed in dietary issues as being a Coeliac myself and i am aware of the needs for those who are lactose intolerant as well as diabetic.

I will give you advice on health, nutrition as well as exercise on the bike whether you wish to ride outside or are gym based. 

Corporate Package £250 pd plus expenses - €340

I will design a specific days plan to suit the ability level of your group assessing the overall fitness of those taking part. The day can either be based around the area i am or further afield as required.

I can either plan a competitive day for those wishing to be KOM or the Yellow Jersey wearer or simply a day out in the country in the lanes of Kent and Surrey at a leisurely pace including a designated “feed” stop.


For those wishing to travel abroad please look at the International Coaching section of the website where i have partnered with companies that can tailor your break to your specific needs. I can either design a training plan for you whilst on your trip or a plan to improve you fitness dependant on your current ability.

Please note that my Coaching plans are for a minimum of 3 months. This is so that I can create a package based on your personal development and give yourself time to see the improvements. All fees are taken via direct debit and the first 3 months fee is taken in advance and is non refundable. All other fees will be taken on a monthly basis.

Riders who wish to book additional one to one sessions can do so for £30/€40 per hour.

For riders who do not wish to sign up for a training plan but wish to still receive one to one Coaching either skill based or fitness based I can do so for       £40/€55 per hour.

Cancellation fees apply to all sessions booked:

More than one weeks notice = No fee

Less than one weeks’ notice = £10.00 or 25% (whichever is greater) €14

Less than 48 hours notice = £10.00 or 50% (whichever is greater) €14

Less than 24 hours notice = £10.00 or 100% (whichever is greater) €14
